Reduce deadband on driver joysticks? #32

It's been suggested that the driver may achieve finer control at low speeds if 
the deadband on the drive joysticks is reduced.

Beadle didn't think the deadband is a problem.  We could try it out, and see if 
a smaller deadband helps with low-speed control - for example, lining up with 
the tower.

We added a node specifically to approach the tower using button 2 on the 
joysticks. Marking this as WontFix because it has been supplanted.
