Update RobotBuilder to Version 1.0 #20

Right now on the computers the RobotBuilder version is 0.0.2 which is last 
year's (2013) version. The 2014 version is 1.0 so we need to update the 
RobotBuilder program on all the computers.

Note that when we do this update, we'll also need to update the RobotBuilder 
save file (Robot2014.yml) to work with the new version.

RobotBuilder doesn't provide a way to update the save file, as far as I know.  
Instead, I believe we can just change the Version number at the beginning of 
the file.  I tested this approach, and it seemed to work.  We'll definitely 
want to test this again, before committing to the change.
