A driver class is needed for the AVRSBIN2 sensor package.

It turns out that we'll be using ATAVRSBIN1 (aka Inertial One) this year, 
instead of ATAVRSBIN2 (Inertial Two).

Driver package will consist of a separate class for each chip (gyro, accel, 
mag), since ATAVRSBIN1 simply includes the three chips on one board, with no 
interaction between chips.

We are not using the ATAVRSBIN1 driver anyone for this year
