Set up the driver station dashboard with information useful to the drive team.

Some possible ideas:

- Encoder values (scaled to inches) for the grabber and elevator
- On/Off indicators for key functions, such as possibly:
  - heading hold
  - elevator position control
  - grabber position control
- Robot code version / build date
