The LCD display located on the cRIO and plugged into the digitalsidecar in
recent years, part of this job is finding an effective position for the LCD
Display on the robot.

Another option for on-robot display and control:

The Insight LT display that we've used in recent years is not plug-and-play
compatible with the roboRIO. Further, I can no longer find support for that
product.

As I recall, the display connects via I2C to the control system. The roboRIO
has I2C, although a different connector. We should be able to rig up a
connector, with the help of the electrical team. The WPILib code should
hopefully have not changed, although may require some updates to get it to work.

Useful info to display:
- Code version and/or build date
- battery voltage
- anything else you might want to see without connecting the robot to the
driver station
