Calibrate white rabbit (before Thursday 27th) #14

We need to:

Re-calibrate the right joystick, try balancing it out so that it doesn't move on its own.
Calibrate the motor controllers, preferably all of them.
Test White Rabbit before demonstration (Wednesday would be best).
