Transition functions

The transition runs from the intake to the feeder. The basic plan is:

• It will run on low power most or all of the time
• It will speed up when the intake or the feeder is running
• Possible low, medium, and high modes
• I'm thinking it probably doesn't need a button of its own, but that's up to discussion.

So, basic functions:

• [x] Forward low-power (towards shooter) constantly
• [x] Run with intake
  • If intake is running, increase transition speed
  • If intake stops, decrease transition speed (return to normal)
• [x] Run with feeder
  • Same functions as intake
• [x] Reverse (?)
