Implement cameras #39

The robot will have at least two cameras (maybe more). One of the camera feeds will need to be routed to the dashboard for driver views. Driver and/or operator controllers will be able to select the camera to be viewed on the dashboard, as per the Robot Controls spec.

[x] code for 3 cameras
[x] display on shuffleboard
[x] switch between views
[x] automatically switches views when robot changes direction
[x] multiple cameras on dashboard ?

It shouldn't be too hard to add code for more cameras

start button toggles cameras
B sets forward camera and forward drive mode
A sets reverse camera and reverse drive mode
