This tool provides a way to visualize data from robot logs or live robot telemetry (via NetworkTables), in various formats. This tool looks to be very interesting for software development, debug and tuning.
This tool may be able to replace some of our use case for using the dashboard and/or data logging, especially during development. It may also make data logging more useful by allowing us to easily visualize various aspects of robot performance.
