Prep driver station laptops for competition #39

For both Driver Station 1 and Driver Station 2 laptops:

[x] Ensure all software is up to date - especially FRC Game Tools (driver station software)
[x] Test driver station with robot
[x] Make sure dashboard setup works
[x] Check laptop batteries
[x] Make sure Windows update is current

Pelican case:

[x] Xbox controllers
[x] USB cables
[x] laptop charger
[x] no extra junk
