Team Update 16 lists the following software updates:
NI FRC Game Tools - 2023.1 - REQUIRED FOR COMPETITION
WPILib - 2023.4.2 - Recommended
We need to make sure to update all laptops, especially Driver Station laptops.
Also, NI FRC Game Tools 2023.1 includes roboRIO image 2023_v3.2. This is optional for Java teams, as it supposedly only affects LabVIEW. However, we may want to apply this update as well.
