fix wheels changing directions after letting go of joystick #38

Sometimes when letting go of the joystick in different directions, the wheel will snap to a direction. This could possibly be an intentional part of swerve drive (low priority)

Can you provide a description of what's broken, and/or why this is undesirable behavior? Without knowing any better, this could theoretically be expected behavior for swerve drive, perhaps?
