Adapt AgroFIMS to allow 1 farmer=1 replication #242

Possibility to have only 1 replication (in multi location, a farmer is a replication. so 1 replication per location) (Pieter)

This will probably mean multiple farmers = multiple sites are part of one trial.

this will be solved with the new version AgroFIMS/SanDMan
