[ ] Add a warning in Crop measurement (only if a Crop is not selected in the Crop Section)

If the list of crop measurements is empty, verify that a crop is selected in the Crop section

[ ] Add a warning in Phenology (only if a Crop is not selected in the Crop Section)

If the list of crop phenology measurements is empty, verify that a crop is selected in the Crop section

I don't see the warning message in the last version of AgroFIMS (v0345)

Hi @ivanperezm,

could you change the name crops section for Crop section, in the Phenology and Crop measurement page.
