Identify Open Issues for Beginners #72

It would be great to have a list of open issues that are tagged as appropriate for beginners.

Hi @dmccreary. I agree, that would be helpful. The team that works for AHRQ manages issues in an AHRQ system, but I think we could mirror out a few of the beginner-level issues here. I'll talk to the team to see if we can identify some.

One of the things we're actively working on is a refactoring push to make the code easier to understand and navigate for other people. I don't think the refactoring tasks would be beginner-level themselves, but I just wanted you to be aware of the effort.
