Add compass rose to interior maps #110

Add a compass icon to identify North in cells.

Considerations:

  1. Are cells already naturally oriented north? Do we need to find North or can we just slap the image on the map image.
  2. If North varies, it can be determined by locating "NorthMarker" (0x3) in cells.
  3. This may want to be toggleable.
  4. Should we steal the icon from the overworld map, for familiarity?
