when legendary tooltip sync on even common items having borders even tho show for common option is turned off 2023-01-16_14 26 35 image

I know that legendary tooltip has border for even common items but when common items is off in itemborder then it should only get colors for rare items from legendary tooltips

@AHilyard Also as you can see your mod has now visual config menu (now i can close issue #2 :D ) it would be great to add configured mod as a dependency and put some screenshot of config menu in curseforge page thanks in advance <3

@AHilyard I also closed all other issues related to config menu it would be great to remove those manual configuration guide on curseforge and replace it with visual config menu screenshots in-game
