The Mod NotEnoughCrashes pinpointed it to Iceberg but when reading the log, it shows tooltips. After disabling the app, the crash disappears.

The crash happened after you use the camera from Modern Life and transfer the taken photos to the printer. When you go to hover over the image on the printer, it immediately crashes the game.
Using the camera and printer in the mod ModernLife crashes the game with Legendary Tooltips installed.
