Updated webcam to work on breakpoints

While keeping the 70% use of the screen we had with the adaptive model. This one focuses on break points. I have an issue where when I resize the window it doesn't restart the camera, but I refreshed at different sizes and it worked well.

Pushed a change there that might have fixed the bug with the video looking stretched. It is a bit weird when the screen in very long, but not very tall. Let me know if that fixes the stretching issue
