As an admin I need basic performance statistics #1

system owners at customer will need a way to check the performance of the AI system when subject to user enquiries.

As an admin I need to see a report on how many enquies have been processed per index. I need to see the number of enquiries, the processing time, the confidence rate when a semantic search is done.

When we have a multi shot system i also would like to be able to group the enquiries in "conversation sessions" - like you see in chatGPT. use the first 100 characters of the first message from the customer as a name for the conversation
