Add second generator for grid/ #29

Thanks Blai, looks great! But shouldn't we add this in a new "mini-grid" directory to avoid confusion with the old grid generators that have a different kind of goal? It would also make the new mini-grid generator more visible, I think. If you agree, I can take care of this after the IPC deadline (this Friday).
