✨ feat: improved download instructions

Improve download instructions:

• remove command line sftp instructions
• add FileZilla download instructions
• attempt to fix SSH key download

I'm trying this with a link that downloads from an updated API endpoint. If that doesn't work in the deployed environment, I'll go back to creating a data URL on the front end, which I did get working reliably.

Can you try downloading the key in the staging environment linked above? It would be nice to verify before merging, and I'm not sure that I have an existing download request in staging.
