Create method for generating and parsing the tasks for offset annotation

Method

• [x] Add extra project (project.id +3) for annotation of offset
• [x] Adjust offset page so that user can select the sensordata intended for offset annotation (syncing)
• [x] Generate tasks in new project with labels per sensor pair (as a json)
• [x] Adjust labeling set up such that it displays the sensors the user is syncing
• [x] Add labels for positive or negative offset
• [x] Create method that parses the annotations (if several annotations per task take average)
