Redesign scoreboard (old: Fix the minimum width of columns in the scoreboard) #155

When there are so many problems, the width of columns in the scoreboard becomes narrow, and breaks the layout. Fix the minimum width of columns, so that "Small" and "Large" score are shown in one line.

We should deal with this issue anyway.

Twitter bootstrap assumes that table size should be fixed. So I'd like to postpone this issue.

Hmm. Maybe we should show "Small" and "Large" score in different lines, so that the width of the table would be narrower. I'll make another task.
