175 database scaffolding #192

I think everyone want this feature as soon as possible. Therefore, code is not beautiful and still has some problems to deal with. (e.g. we can scaffold only if database is clean, i.e. after rake db:drop db:setup) So I would not like to close issue 175 yet.

But anyway, you can make scaffold.

second thought. scaffolding is not a proper name because I don't build anything "upon" it.
