pull request no kakikata ga wakaranai.

I relocated and modified some files to show remaining time in each contest page. Please merge me.

日本語で失礼します。 レンダリングメソッド(?)をタグの外、

  • タグの中というとても中途半端な場所に挿入してしまいました。 timerの部分テンプレートファイル内のjavascriptで、remaining time自体はタグの中に入れるように指定されているので、レイアウトが崩れることはないですが、気になる場合は直したほうがいいかもしれません。
