login page cleanup #12

This provides some cleanup of how to login page is served. The login page is now a template which is served at /api/auth/provider/orcid/login and receives the necessary parameters from the authenticator config. Maybe something like this belongs in base tiled to ease oidc usage?

It seems like that ship has sailed with the React app.
