for "hi" model can you please give an example on how to change pitch and how to list all the available speakers for hi model

List speaker ids - tts --model_path "{modelDir}{checkpointName}" --config_path "{modelDir}config.json" --list_language_idxs --list_speaker_idxs

Try changing DEFAULT_SAMPLING_RATE to 18000, it worked for Telugu.
