Getting Type error while running the Implement DRL Algorithms

Describe the bug when i try to run below script i am getting type error could you please advise ?

i have the same error. I am runnning the ipynb in anaconda environment on Windows 10 everything is installed without errors (after 1 day).

I am running in Anaconda .. colab is getting module issues they are not getting downloaded.

i have tried Anaconda and my local VSS where i downloaded all the packages all stages working fine only this stage getting the Issue.
