Solver attributes + HSLLib fix

The example config file had the wrong syntax for passing solver attributes, and I was hard-coding the hsllib path.

• Adds hsllib to Ipopt attributes if linear_solver is passed
• Fixes syntax in example config & updates syntax in readme
