Update extract memory #45

So far, this fixes the comment and updates the default. Open to adding a warning based on the problem but will leave the exact expression up to @mtanneau. Perhaps we can solve a few cases (and put them in shared for others to use on PACE) and fit a curve on the memory used by extract.

That works, thanks. I'll try to come up with something once I generate some non-trivial datasets
