Updated epithelium pipeline #40

Tested the FPL with FastPathology on Win10. Works fine.

Note that the FPL requires that the 10x magnification plane is available, which might not be the case for the CMU-1 WSI. Perhaps we should add another WSI to the test data? A05.svs is an option.

I have sent you the location of where the new model can be accessed on Teams.

Having two WSIs in the test data is also a good idea, as it makes it possible for others to easily test batch mode.
