Need to update apt, install sudo, and xz-utils before unpacking tarball
Run CI on commits to all branches (I believe this is useful)
Changed paths to relative (not sure if it is necessary, but I saw that this was done for FAST)

Note that it fails when attempting to build FP. Might be a dependency that has updated in FAST recently?

Just squash these commits if you merge.
