Update OpenSeadragon and add Annotorious #40

This PR

updates OSD to 4.1 (introduced some major/breaking changes)
adds Annotorious for creating and handling annotations. This simplifies a lot of things for us!

The backend for annotation handling should be alright, we might still need some design adjustments to the WSI viewer toolbar, etc. The changes to the toolbar by @UteSpiske should also fix #38 (no limit on zooming with buttons)

We have not added the new annotation functionality to the form for creating tasks! Will convert this PR to draft until this has been done.

Will also update/fix the click question to work with the new annotation functionality.
