Fixed issue when user was marked as student and teacher/superuser at he same time.
Also cleaned up annotorious javascript stuff. Should not load annotourois.js and openseadragon-annotorious.js, they are mutually exclusive
are not valid javascript comments, its html comments. Use // for single line comment in javascript
