Section 12 (https://github.com/AICC/CMI-5_Spec_Current/blob/quartz/cmi5_spec.md#120-xapi-activity-profile-data-model) states:
The AU MAY use the Activity Profile API according to the xAPI specification (Section 7.5 - Activity Profile API).
The xAPI Activity Profile API is now in Part 3, section 2.7: https://github.com/adlnet/xAPI-Spec/blob/master/xAPI-Communication.md#27-activity-profile-resource
For the same reason that we removed the reference in languagePreference to the xAPI spec (it moved around, as is about to move again), I suggest we remove it here.
