Make style changes to apply Section 1.2 to Sections 8.1 to End of Document as per Working Group meeting on Jun 23, 2023

On updating the document after the meeting on Jun 30, 2023 I noticed another case where the a term should be formatted as code. -- 9.6.3.6 moveOn in the "LMS Usage" field. This change makes this consistent with the next section 9.6.3.7 launchParameters.

I have made the change in this commit this has not been reviewed by the working group yet. So please discuss at the next meeting.
