How to avoid contacting aicoe-ci maintainers when a new secret for registries is required? #137

As new user of AICoE-CI,

I would like to have an automated/secure way to use my secret for pushing to a certain registry. Currently the secret needs to be given to the maintainers.

It would be nice if users of AICOE-CI can provide maybe encrypted secret in their repo and their public GPG key maybe (too complex for people not familiar with GPG maybe), or a similar solution, but the goal is that they don't have to contact us to add their secrets.
