Upgrade tekton triggers version from 0.12.1-0.14.2 and update tekton pipeline to 0.24.3 #148

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As Tekton gets upgraded, it is important to keep up with it to prevent from using code that gets outdated or deprecated. To that end, we should update our versions every so often.

Describe the solution you'd like

Additionally, we have no current way to track which versions of what dependencies we are using, so:

could we add the version number for dependencies such as Tekton to the init.py file?
