Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a newcomer, it would be useful to me if a document summarizing how Thoth and AICoE CI/CD pipelines work was available as a reference to understand this aspect of the project.

Describe the solution you'd like Create a single source of documentation (ideally with diagrams, links...) explaining Thoth's CI/CD pipelines, referring to more documentation on the tools used if needed. The main idea would be to explain what happens when some actions are executed by Thoth's users, what is triggered, where jobs are running, etc.

Describe alternatives you've considered Reading documentations from several sources at the same time.

@codificat: The label(s) triage/accepted cannot be applied, because the repository doesn't have them.
