No response on cmd /deploy on overlays pattern repo #188

Describe the bug

Sometimes user have used /deploy on overlays pattern repo, instead of responding with a warning , the pipeline tries to execute and fail.

Expected behavior

Respond with a comment that the /deploy is to be commented on along with one of the overlay names.

This commit https://github.com/AICoE/aicoe-ci/commit/39de02af86a0d1f9dcd395fa88b858f1c6880411 has fixed the issue

/deploy <overlay-name> works now.
