managing s2i builder images #43

Managing s2i builder images in https://github.com/thoth-station/graph-sync-job/blob/master/.aicoe-ci.yaml#L5 and https://github.com/AICoE/aicoe-ci/blob/master/tasks/resource.yaml#L12 seems to be a not that good solution. Can we simplify it?

Thanks for opening the issue. Do you have any suggestion on the alternative? I will brainstorm on this and check for another solutions.

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity. Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale. Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
