Consider sending "all green" message on success #66

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

AICoE CI works flawlessly. A minor thing - sometimes I struggle with PRs that result in a failed pytest/pre-commit run. When such issues are reported by AICoE CI, I fix them and commit changes to the pull-request. Sometimes I need to double-check if all is green or I need to issue /retest.

Describe the solution you'd like

If all the pipeline checks are successful, a message by bot could be sent indicating all the tests passed.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Send the message for each check (might be redundant?) or keep the solution as is if the request is too complex to implement.

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity. Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale. Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
