YouTube video: Best of Cloud Native AI tutorial #7

Objective

A video showing a full end-to-end walkthrough of elyra-aidevsecops-tutorial tutorial using project meteor. This will be a "Best Of" video, where the ~2hrs from the original video will be condensed into a shorter version for those who want to quickly move through the tutorial. This will be adapted from the he recording of https://devconfus2021.sched.com/event/lkim/cloud-native-ai-using-openshift
