YouTube video: Best of Cloud Native AI tutorial

Objective

A video showing a full end-to-end walkthrough of elyra-aidevsecops-tutorial tutorial using project meteor. This will be a "Best Of" video, where the ~2hrs from the original video will be condensed into a shorter version for those who want to quickly move through the tutorial. • [ ] remove blibs, errors, outtakes
• [ ] republish video with timestamps to sections to the operate first YT channel
• [ ] convert some segments to text with http://rev.ai
• [ ] publish one segment as a blog post to the operate first website
• [ ] all steps are documented in the guide of this repo
