add donkey-gym to pipfiles #43

Added the gym-donkeycar package to the pipfile to support interacting with the Sim server. Tested successfully building a meteor from this PR's branch. We can update this reference to point to a python index next if needed (but we will have to create our own version of the package again as we did for #26)
