Image on smaug spawner menu does not start. #76

I am unable to spawn the notebook image successfully from the "summit-2021-keynote" image option on the operate first jupyterhub spawner page, despite being able to spawn from an image of the current repo built with meteor.

Likely the image being pointed to in quay is no longer the correct image.
