Let's start with a public example repo: https://github.com/aicoe-aiops/data-science-workflow-examples

tests should be executed on a PR
tests should be executed in tekton-pipeline
the first test should just run the notebook with `nbconvert' - see https://nbconvert.readthedocs.io/en/latest/execute_api.html
