Not recognising requests for `mi` repository #188

Describe the bug When trying to deploy or deliver, either by creating issue or in chat, nothing is deployed / delivered. In chat, sesheta responds to the command, in GH when creating Issue, sesheta does not respond.

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity. Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale. Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.

If this issue is safe to close now please do so with /close.
