In MUG data, there are free-text columns referring to progress notes. How should we model and map them in SPHN?

Example: "Pat weiterhin kardiorespiratorisch stabil und beschwerdefrei, Herzfermente deutlich rückläufig, Punktionsstelle bland.

Verlegung auf Normalstation Telemetrie als Triage notwendig.

Therapie lt. FK

Bitte noch Rehab-Antrag stellen.

These kind of columns that contain long text should be handled in OpenRefine using "Tag with NLP" button.

based on #27 Issue, I think it was postponed to the G2 (?!!)
