Add Free Text for Procedure, Measurement, BodySite #18

In several cases of MUG data, a concept (e.g., procedures) includes a name, label, code, and description. Since descriptions are free-text, concepts with the same code can possess different descriptions.

Which property is recommended for capturing descriptions?
